Cancelation Policy
Understandably, unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
Please give a 24 hour advance notice, when canceling an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the $50.00 Cancelation Fee. If you cancel within 1 hour of the appointment, you will be charged for the full appointment minus tip. This amount will be charged with card on file or must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Extenuating circumstances, such as emergencies, will be considered on a case by case basis for exceptions.
No-shows
A 24 Hour Email Reminder is automatically sent. A text or call will be made to clients based on your preference, if you choose in addition to the email reminder. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show." You will be charged $50.00 for your “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
Please call or text ahead If you know you will be arriving late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate my appointments. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to myself and other customers, please plan accordingly to be on time so that you receive the pampering and healthy healing experience that you deserve.
